One of my personal and all time favorite herbs Tulsi kapoor, also known as Holy Basil is a wonderful herb that is believed to both alert and soothe the nervous system. It is a wonderful adaptogenic that can help to balance the endocrine system and hormones, blood pressure and so many wonderful benefits. I often feel like it gives me an even and natural sense of energy through my days.
What is even better is the amazing flavor of tulsi kapoor, it is somewhere between sweet, spicy (like cinnamon not hot pepper), and bubble gum notes. It is delicious and a must have in my stash of teas!

Stinging Nettle Tea

Stinging nettle is the herb that I think most of us need more than we realize and can fix a lot of underlying health issues that one can experience just because of it's deeply nutritive and dense amount of minerals that it brings to the body. It is an easily accessible source of iron, magnesium and potassium and wonderful to help reset the body when you are feeling depleted, or like you could use a boost in your nutritional state.

Raspberry Moon tea Blend - 1.5 oz
This blend is intended to be a deeply restorative, and nutritive blend for mostly those of us that menstruate, and during times that our body needs that extra benefit from those depleting times. Can help boost minerals like iron and magnesium, and also can help tone the uterus, while also reducing cramping. It is delicious and easy going and a regular go to for me personally.

Mountain Mama Tea
Mountain Mama Tea Blend- 1.5 oz
This blend was created because I was inspired to create a balance but fully native tea to this region. The foundation of it is made with fermented then dried fireweed Epilobium angustifolium, which is a delicious and mildly fruity tasting tea, high in vitamin A and C. Blended with yarrow, rosehips, rose petals, and mint. This blend is light, floraly and fruity. It is delicious, bright and nutritive.

This delicious, simple sweet anise flavored herb is a wonderful one to have as a staple in the pantry. A wonderful caminative to help with digestion and a happy belly, a favorite among the little ones and a wonderful support or carrier for many herbal remedies. Known as korean mint, Agastache rugosa, is a cousin to anise hyssop and also in the mint family.

This organically grown blend from the farm is intended to be used for those of us that experience lung and breathing issues when it comes to living in a region with a lot of smoke and other air pollution to help the challenges the lungs can experience from those exposures. Made with Oat straw and dried milky oats which are super high in calcium and wonderful trophorestorative to our nervous system. Dried elderberries and rosehips which are both super high in vitamin C and antioxidants making them great immune boosters. Chamomile which is a wonderful relaxing herb with a slightly apple like flavor. Then mixed all together with a high quality certified organic Rooibos tea for that smooth nutty and almost earthy carmel like flavor.
