This classic herbal preparation is made with foraged Elderberries that I gather from the mountain around us here in Montana, S. canadensis. Then made into a delicious syrup pressing the juices out of the berries, and heating it with honey for a potent yet delicious herbal remedy. A great and common way to keep the common colds and flu's at bay by stimulating your immune system.
