This delicious herbal salt is one of my favorite salts to make because of it's incredible flavor and versatility. Made from coriander berries that grow from the cilantro plant. The flavor is more complex and different than just straight cilantro, and instead has a floral perfume like taste and smell. It is intoxicating, and delicious on/in so many dishes such as tex mex, meats, soups, stir fry's and more. A wonderful aid in digestion and in antioxidant and more wonderful minerals.
Ingredients: Organically grown Coriander Berries, mineral sea salt.
